Global Capacity (CGSY.OB) said Wednesday it has closed its acquisition of Vanco Direct USA LLC.
Global Capacity, whose parent is Capital Growth Systems, received all the necessary regulatory approvals for the $15 million deal; that was first announced last November.
Vanco’s name now is Global Capacity Direct LLC.
Global Capacity specializes in telecom supply chain management.
