Verizon Business has announced that its suite of managed remote backup and disaster recover services will now include PCs, not just servers.
Verizon Remote Backup and Restore will launch in the European/Middle East/African markets, to be followed by a lunch in the Asia Pacific region.
Storing data in the cloud will alleviate the sheer volume of tapes and management headaches for IT departments, the carrier said.
