Sparkplug Communications has deployed a new voice and data solution tailored to the needs of businesses that rely on mission critical communications.
Sparkplug Business Complete pairs local and long-distance voice service with wireless service for high-speed data needs. Sparkplug’s network delivers redundant access paths, enabling dedicated capacity to voice and data traffic. The redundant access paths also ensure that the voice and data communications will not contend for bandwidth, so customers do not experience slowdowns or service interruptions.
Sparkplug says its customers also benefit from true physical failover capability between the voice and data link, providing them guaranteed service 24-7.
The service includes a wireless connection for data traffic, a wired T1 connection for voice traffic, IP Trunking that connects into a customer’s existing phone system and a router that terminates the voice and data communications. Sparkplug’s wireless network is able to grow real-time with data requirements without a need to lay additional landline wiring to increase capacity. In addition, customers do not need to replace old phone systems or upgrade equipment.
