Cox Expands On-Demand ‘Primetime’ Offerings

Cox Communications is adding a lot of shows that air in primetime to its on-demand lineup this fall.

Cox plans to offer 100 of what it calls top-rated TV shows in its MyPrimetime queue, starting Oct. 1. That’s up from the 50-60 it offers now.

MyPrimetime is expanding to include content from more cable channels. Many of the programs are slated to be available the day after they air.
