Integrated Broadband Services (IBBS) has entered into a multiyear contract with Windjammer Communications. IBBS will bring Triple Play services and expanded customer support to the more than 80,000 residential and business cable subscribers Windjammer acquired in July 2008 as a result of its purchases of several Time Warner systems.
IBBS will empower Windjammer with a full service solution via its Broadband Explorer (BBX) Provisioning and Diagnostics Software Suite, which provides the means to quickly and cost-effectively address and resolve customer issues, reduce truck rolls, call handle time and mean-time-to-repair, as well as drive higher levels of organizational performance, according to IBBS.
In addition, Windjammer will also benefit from IBBS' newly launched Commercial Services offering, which ensures that enterprise customers receive the same high-speed digital voice and data support as individual consumers.
