Coming off the start of a financial recovery earlier this year, BSS/OSS provider Subex has maintained that momentum. The company reported its Q1 FY10 results on Wednesday.

Highlights include:

  • Net Consolidated Revenue: Rs. 1,176.09M (US $ 24.11M)
  • Profit After Tax: Rs. 351.28M (US $ 7.20M), up from loss of Rs. 656.39M (US $ 13.45M) in FY09 Q1
  • Revenue from Products: Rs. 943.53M (US $ 19.34M)

Commenting on the business, Subash Menon, founder chairman, managing director and CEO, said, “Our efforts in turning the business around have shown results this quarter. We are pleased with the progress made thus far and are confident of closing this year well.”

A renewed interest in revenue management solutions during the recession is one reason for the positive news – including the implementation of the company’s Rocware 2.0 product.
