A cable TV box and cockroaches.
That's what an Aurora, Illinois resident apparently got after an installer from Comcast left his home on Friday.
Antonio Munoz told The Beacon-News the nasty critters began crawling out of what appeared to be a used cable box in his parents' room.
Despite placing several calls to the customer service line and stopping by a Comcast location, no one was able to help him for several days, according to the report.
A spokesperson for Comcast told the newspaper that the cable giant replaced the customer's box free of charge and that the customer care team apologized for not handling the problem more swiftly.
Of course, that seems like the least the company could do.
"We never had a roach problem here ever," Munoz told The Beacon-News.
