Mr. Anderson graduated from Oregon State University's School of Business in 1989 and has 18 years of experience in sales and business development. In 1999, he joined Integra Telecom as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Service and assisted in securing $211 million in financing to expand the business into our new markets. Mr. Anderson was promoted to senior vice president of Oregon and remained in this position until taking the position of chief executive officer at SkyRiver Communications, a wireless broadband provider, based in San Diego, California. Mr. Anderson returned to Integra Telecom in 2003 as the chief operating officer before becoming Integra's vice president of Product Development and Marketing in 2007.
Gary Bolton joined Hatteras from Ciena Corporation where he served as VP of Broadband Access Marketing. Prior to Ciena, Gary was VP of Product Marketing for Catena Networks. Catena Networks was acquired by Ciena in May 2004 for $486 million. Over five years, Gary grew Catena from an early stage startup to a profitable broadband access company with a $100 million run rate and volume deployment with all four RBOCs. Prior to Catena, Gary spent 15 years at Nortel in various marketing, PLM and engineering roles. Bolton holds an MBA from Duke University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University.
