SPEAKER
Sandra Palumbo is a Yankee Group research fellow focused in the areas of cloud computing, enterprise mobility and service provider strategies. Her expertise particularly emphasizes software as a service (SaaS), mobile applications, Web portals, managed services, professional services and wholesale.
 
Prior to joining Yankee Group, Palumbo served as associate director at Capgemini, where she led the marketing strategy for the North American IT outsourcing business and the Capgemini Consulting subsidiary. Before that, she was director of global enterprise research at Yankee Group, with a focus on the SMB, mid-market and enterprise space addressing supply- and demand-side drivers, inhibitors and the strategic direction and growth of the managed services space. She also worked as a sales associate in the business development and strategic selling organizations at AT&T Solutions, the professional services arm of AT&T Corporation.
 
Palumbo holds a B.A. degree in computer science with a concentration in engineering from Lafayette College.
